专利说明:
- 1 - 14966 The invention relates to a lid of a container, in particular a beverage can, with a substantially flat lid mirror and a preferably folded edge region, and at least one arranged on the ceiling mirror pouring opening which is at least one gas-tight and / or liquid-tight closure element, wherein the closure element is movable via an actuating element from a closed position into an open position, the actuating element has a fixing element and a sliding element, and the fixing element is connected via at least one predetermined breaking parts with at least one connecting element before the first opening. There are numerous beverage cans have become known that have a resealable pouring. For example, DE 196 13 246 A1 discloses a closure means of essentially the same diameter, which is applied to the already existing lid and which closes a pouring opening located in the lid by turning. Similar devices, some of which are only partially covering the lid, are described in DE 196 13 256 B4, DE 197 06 112 C2, EP 1 247 752 Bl or US Pat. No. 6,626,314 B1. A disadvantage of these closures is their usually complicated structure, which also requires constructive changes of the lid portion of the can. Another group of closure means for beverage cans consists of a pull tab, which is attached for example by means of a rivet on the can lid, wherein the handle portion of the pull tab is simultaneously formed as a closure means for the pouring opening, which after opening the pouring opening by twisting and / or folding the Pull-tab closes the pouring opening again. Such elements are shown inter alia in DE 197 46 539 A1, DE 203 19 105 U1, EP 1 190 952 A2, EP 1 097 086 B1 and EP 0 433 502 A1. These beverage cans all have a closure that is applied from the outside to the pouring opening and thereby partially protrudes beyond the edge of the lid, so that it can be removed unintentionally and thus the can content is exposed to the environment. EP 1 796 974 B1 discloses a closing device for a beverage container of the kind mentioned in the opening paragraph, in which an actuating element is provided which has a fixing and a sliding element in order to release and close a drinking opening. The disadvantage of this device is her ύ I - 2 - complicated construction and its in practice inadequate tightness after first opening, especially over a longer period of time. Nor is it obvious to the user at first glance whether the beverage can has already been opened once. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a resealable lid for containers, which is easy to use and has a high degree of tightness in reclosing and further a proof of originality. This object is achieved by a cover of the type mentioned in the present invention, that the fixing element has a handle which acts upon movement of the fixing from the closed position to the open position via at least one edge on the at least one predetermined breaking point. The handle allows an intuitive opening of the beverage can, wherein augrund the edge effect of the handle this opening is done with little effort. For this purpose, it is preferably provided that the fixing element from a plane which is arranged substantially parallel to the ceiling mirror, is pivotable, whereby a lever force on the at least one edge of the handle acts directly or indirectly on the at least one predetermined breaking point. In a preferred variant of the invention, the fixing element is connected to the sliding element in non-releasable articulated connection, which is preferably designed as a film hinge. The fixing element with the handle disposed thereon serves to fix the sliding element in the closed position of the actuating element, while the sliding element is in communication with the closing element and a pouring opening is released when the actuating element is displaced by means of a sliding element. In addition, it is preferably provided that the at least one connection element is arranged on the cover mirror in order to function as part of a tamper-evident closure. In a further embodiment of the invention, the handle is T-shaped or Y-shaped, whereby a particularly simple operation of the fixing element is made possible, In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, a pressure compensation opening is provided, which is released upon movement of the fixing element and / or sliding element in the open position. This pressure equalization opening has the task, before or during the opening of the pouring opening, to allow pressure equalization with the can interior to facilitate opening and to avoid squirting out of the can contents. In order to close this pressure equalization opening when reclosing the container also gas- and liquid-tight, a closure element, in particular a pin is arranged in a further preferred embodiment of the invention, which engages in the pressure equalization opening when the fixing element is in the closed position, A particularly tight closure device of the type according to the invention is obtained when the at least one actuating element is displaceable essentially linearly and parallel to the cover. In the following the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to a non-limiting embodiment with associated figures 1 to 6a. In Figs. 1, la, lb is a lid 100 according to the invention with a substantially flat lid mirror 101 and a bead 102 shown in its closed state prior to initial opening. The cover 100 has an essentially two-part actuating element 110 with a fixing element 111, which is connected to a sliding element 113 via an articulated connection 112, for example a film hinge. In the fixing element 111, a handle 114 is also arranged, which is formed in this variant of the invention is substantially Y-shaped. The actuating means 110 is in communication with a closure element 120 which, in the closed position, closes a pouring opening 103 of the container, in particular the beverage can. In the closure element 120, a Druckausgichichsöffnung 121 is arranged, which allows to escape the often prevailing in the interior of the beverage cans overpressure before the pouring opening is exposed. In order for a squirting liquid is prevented from the beverage can and facilitates the actual opening of the can. In this case, a pin lilac arranged on the fixing element 111 projects into the pressure equalization opening 121 and, in the closed position of the actuating means 110, closes the pressure compensation opening 121 in a gas-tight and liquid-tight manner. By lifting the handle 114 (FIG. 2), it is separated from two connecting elements 115, with which it has been connected via one or more predetermined breaking points. The primary function of the connecting element 115 is to fix the closure of the beverage can on the lid mirror 101 during assembly. In this case, the narrow edge 114a of the handle 114 acts as a contact surface for the leverage of the handle 114, whereby a greater force acts on the usually located in the immediate vicinity at least one predetermined breaking point, as if only a tensile force on the handle would be exercised. By a substantially pulling opening of the handle 114, the fixing element 111 is raised in a further step and completely separated from the connection element 115, wherein at the same time the pin purple is pulled out of the pressure equalization opening 121, and a pressure compensation can take place (Figs.3 and 3a ). As soon as the pulling movement has been completed, the handle 114 is again arranged inside the fixing element 111, and the sliding element 113 can now be displaced in the direction of connecting elements 115 in order to expose the drinking opening 103 (FIGS. 4, 4a and 5). By displacing the actuating element 110, the closure element 120 is pivoted into the can interior and the pouring opening 103 is released. For reclosing the actuating element 110 is pushed back into the original position, whereby the closure element 120 is again arranged parallel to the cover mirror 110 and due to a peripheral seal 130, which also also surrounds the pressure compensation opening 121, the pouring opening 103 gas and liquid-tightly closes (Figs. 6 and 6a). Likewise, the pin purple is arranged by lowering the fixing element 111 again in the pressure equalization opening 121, so that these gas-tight and liquid-tight is closed to the outside. Since a connecting part 116 between the handle 114 and fixing element 111 is made of thin material, the connecting part 116 is stretched when first operating the handle 114, in particular when tearing the predetermined breaking points, so that when re-closing the beverage can this obvious no longer accurately positioned around the connection element 115 can be. In particular, in Fig. 6a it can be seen that thereby also the handle no longer completely flat on the top surface 101 comes to rest. Thus it can be recognized immediately that the beverage can has already been opened once. In order to hold the fixing element 111 in the closed position, without it being able to be lifted unintentionally and thus releasing the pressure compensation opening 121, locking pins are provided, for example, which engage in corresponding recesses of the closure element 120 and which pivot the fixing element 111, and thus allow opening the beverage can only with a certain effort. The latching pins may for example be designed such that the latching causes a clearly audible noise that signals to the user that the beverage can was properly (re) closed. The embodiments of the invention described above are to be considered in a non-limiting manner. Thus, the closure device according to the invention can also be designed without or with more than one pressure equalization opening. Likewise, the shape of the handle has no limits, as long as it exerts a sufficiently strong force, in particular a direct or indirect leverage on at least one predetermined breaking point and is easy for the user to grasp.
